Hi how can I get the game money back? The game is unplayable between bugs and tricks. Half of the players who are in pvp use cheats ... like increased damage and increased energy ... This stuff is not serious and unplayable, I want to be refunded ... I and many other players have been waiting for 8 months to fix the game, but it never happened.

I agree with you Spaccamudande. I've got the game from pre order and I was happy to play with it. I've done more than 200 hours of PVP but now is quite impossible to play. We meet lot of players with strange "behaviour". After the DMR glitch fix we were thiking to be able to play againts fair player but we were wrong. I'm sorry to hear you feel that way, however, you need to meet the refund requirements from whichever retailer you purchased it from to be eligible for refunds.

The game will continue to receive updates to fix in-game issues and anti-cheat programs such as BattlEye are also live services that continuously look to improve to combat cheaters, but that's not something we can work on, BattlEye are a different company.
I agree with you Spaccamudande, this game is unplayable, glitch, cheat, bug, aimbot, alterate damage, vpn, ecc
it is no longer a pleasure to play in these conditions.
most of the cheaters are Russian, take into consideration the reports we make on a daily basis, damn it.
we are tired and frustrated, and above all disappointed.

There's anybody from UBI plaiyng in the game as in other games ? You can easily see that something is not going well and BattleEye anti-cheat probably is easily overcome. Is not porrible to play in this manner.
We were a quite active group but nobody wants to play GRB anymore and abandoned it!

A few months ago they even made a petition against some players who constantly used cheats ... but you ignored everything ... if the problem is battleye then change company of anticheat ... IT DOESN'T WORK ... as far as bugs are concerned ... it took you 6 months to correct the dmr ... 6 months ahahaha
The BattlEye anti-cheat program does not exist in this game. I pre-ordered the PC ultimate edition for 119 euros (if I recall correctly) and I received a product full of bugs at the start which made the PVP unplayable.I left the game aside for a long period of time, and the last 2 months since I re-installed it, I have come across a total mess. Except the invisible teammates and enemies (which became a permanent issue since the last update) and the "branches" that appear in TAH3 scope which makes it useless (also a permanent issue since the last update), we have players from different regions playing in EMEA region for example, who can sustain more damage, they lagg constantly and most of the time because they don't appear on the mini map, or they are totally invisible on the map, the outcome of Ghost Wars is a sour experience. Alt+ Tab fix is not an option for a triple A game, I believe. The opposite, its a disgrace. Add to all this, that certain players are accused in the community for lagg switching or other forms of exploit (which everyone is talking constantly about) and you have a really bad experience for 119 euros. Saying to us that "BattlEye are a different company" is also something that shows how Ubisoft treats their customers. Ubisoft is in collaboration with that exact company. Not the players. So, in the end, yes, I would also like a refund but I know this is not going to happen. What is going to happen is that I will probably never buy a product of Ubisoft again. I don't need a reply on my comment. I need a proper pvp experience. Which I won't get of course, cause this game already lost all of the playerbase exactly because of the exploit issues.
