    Please consider my dilemma.

My name on Xbox one is Warpollyon. Warmonger was released yesterday. I ended up spending over 60 dollars on your guys game. I realiZe the man I share the account with took it upon himself to put swastikas on all the characters via emblem. I myself understand that this is not acceptable behavior and having come back from service I would much like to enjoy my account. I recently bought him his own account so that this doesn't happen again. I really don't want to be suspended and I promise to keep this racial issue that breaches the code of conduct from reocurring ever again. I apologise in advance and was hoping you could please unsuspend my account so that I may play for honor once more today. My email is <REMOVED> . Please I'm very sorry and never intended for this to occur . If you could unsuspend me I'd very much appreciate it. Thank you and have a great day I'm really sorry again for my roommates behavior.

    Hey dude,

sorry to hear your friend is apparently an idiot.
    Two suggestions:
First one would be to not share your private (?) e-mail address in a public forum like this. Second would be to place this issue directly at Ubisoft via their support team (go to ubisoft.com and select "Customer Service" on the top navigation bar, then search for "account" and select "Ubisoft Account" - there you should find what you're looking for.)

Hope this helps. If so, see you on the battlefield soon
    Stay save everyone!

    Hey Warpollyon,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I've edited your post as we do not advise sharing your e-mail address in a public forum like this.

Is this a temporary ban or a permanent one? If temporary, the support team are not able to remove it as they are applied server side.
