Hi there, as the title displays, I'm having an issue with my game freezing and or crashing whenever I get to the post-match screens.
This has been quite a common occurence for me since I started playing the game on PC since Marching Fire, and I have tried multiple "Fixes" which have had no effect on my performance nor has it fixed the issue. Any ideas as to what could be going wrong here?
