Same. I just had the most mind numbing experience ever with chat support. He couldn't give any sort of timeframes, answers, etc. Just kept dishing out the whole "I'll pass it along" crap. The bottle of water that is empty by the time it gets to the end routine. It is so impersonal and cold you feel like talking to a tax collector.

Mine is gone missing now too since today. Have done nothing particular just logged on.

I have reported so many bugs already it is hopeless to create a ticket.

You're picking and choosing. It is called cumulative and the far majority don't have theirs. Same as the AUG Scout. Those people on XBOX who claimed to have the Scout variant. Did you get them to upload a picture from their loadout? There are some casual players in this game. I won't mention names but they appreciate colorful handguns and will be honest and upfront that they don't immerse themselves into the lore of these titles.
