The intent with the Money Truck mission is for you to drop the truck off without alerting any of the guards in there - but the game only looks for an alert after you've got the truck, not before.

Therefore, storyline-wise - based on the way the game intends you to complete the mission - is that Nidia's money truck is in the compound with all the guards still alive and not knowing who dropped it off (or even seeing anyone leaving after the truck arrive - leading to the conclusion the driver was one of Pulpo's men.

Right, but is it even possible to drop the truck without killing anyone while remaining undetected? I’ve tried, and I don’t think it is.

What I discovered was not to do anything to that location prior to entering. Don't even EMP the alarm for example. It goes smoothly if the op stays in its default status.
So you’ve managed to drive the truck in and get out without killing anyone or being detected? If so, then I agree... I guess that would make Nidia suspicious and Pulpo wouldn’t have a good counter for any accusation.

I’ve tried not killing anyone, and only failed, but maybe I’m missing something.

I've managed to drop the truck off without causing an alert a couple of times - Once I'm sure I was able to use the truck to jump over the wall (I could be wrong though) - but the noisemaker is your best friend to lure the guards away from where they can spot you going out.

    It's night.

Park the truck in the far SW corner of the compound (all this on Extreme/Tier BTW). Turn around to the east and along the south wall couch/crawl into the large building. If the collectible is still there, go up and grab it.

One option now is to go to the roof and base jump is you're comfortable doing that. If not, back to the ground floor

From the ground floor, crawl out the east opening and stay all the way to your right, then crouch and move towards that same south wall. Move along the wall over the boxes until near the arc of the searchlight. Crawl when safe and stop past the lights' sweep. Wait until the roving guard leaves his position near the open doorway. As he leaves crawl to and out the doorway, then immediately turn right (to the south) to get out of any possible LOS and head to the parked vehicle.

    Drive away.

Simply put, going prone is your best friend in Wildlands when it comes to reducing greatly your chances of being detected. Combine it with moving, in relationship to the roving guards, and it's done rather quickly.

Ok. Today I learned I don’t need to cheese this mission.
