Not to defend anyone, but I too was happy enough with the update and little nerfs they were going to make. But after playing for 4 hours, I changed my mind:

-Instead of stopping the spam of light they have increased the possibility of doing it. Less damage is true but since I entered I have found only peoples who spammed light (the HL has become unwatchable).

-I like the delay in the interface and it makes 1vs2 / 3/4 more difficult as it should be, it takes skill to get out of a disadvantageous fight.

-Many heroes who relied on light and who have a lot of light combos ended up getting heavily nerfed, the spam of unblockables is now more than ever, and those who have none are doomed to perish.

-The possibility of dodging the second light of a chain is unsustainable, I saw pk dodging all the time and spamming the attack in dodge. Feint for a parry is obviously a lot more complicated now so how do we counter it?

-The assault mode is completely to be thrown away. If you are against 2-3 Warmonger you have lost ... In defense you cannot defend your lord and in attack you cannot attack him. If there are Warmonger and Black Prior, you can leave the game. What did it take to get minions off targets? It would have gone very well in teamfights but at least it wouldn't have been op. I have died several times for my teammates who do not watch the skill of the time I spent playing.

I've never been a player interested in winning, I play Valkyrie which is a lot funny but far from strong. Now it is unplayable. It has no threat and the only thing that saved her was the speed of its lunges (a lunge is always faster than a blow but perhaps ubysoft does not know it). It had a great defensive kit, deflect and crushing counter,but unfortunately their damage has become so low that there is no point in risking using them. I hoped until the end that this update could somehow help her, it did the opposite.

Thanks to Ubysoft for the work but maybe you had to think a little more about it. You can't standardize damage without standardizing character moveset.

MrBdur some of your beliefs, which to me are correct, have not been respected by the update, were you able to try the game after the update? If it were a no I urge you to try it. Light spam has only been accentuated, try playing and see how many players spam light. Try doing an assault or domination against 2-3 warmongers and tell me if you enjoy dying without taking a hit. Do a 3-light combo and watch the damage decrease, but it's one of your character's combos. Do a 3 hit combo and watch your heavy take off the same damage as a neutral heavy.

If you go back a few pages you will see that I had put you a like for your message of joy for this update. But I assure you that everything they promised hasn't changed.
