Players not banned !?
Greeting everyone,
I have used the in-game report button to report obvious cheaters and game mechanics abusers, but I keep seeing them all over again and again!
Also have reported obvious derankers - more than 1 x lvl 5 legendaries @ 7000 rating near end of season, which is awful, but I keep getting drawn against them over and over again for the last 3 months.
And besides hard deranking I also reported them, on next match ups, for emoticon abuse - like farting and getting called "Bastard" !
And still those people are around and keep doing what, by EULA is against the rules!!!
Is the game supported or those are just buttons to deceive the player base!!!
P.S.
Who ever had the idea to put "bastard" emoticon in the game should be put to jail ....do you people even consider what this might mean to some one ... ?!

And do not say "it's just a game" .... Some people on the opposite side mean it and it shows when they spam it and laugh ...
Awfully moronic idea, just beyond imagination .....

The in-game reports are read and checked on by various members of our team.
Also, if you run into someone who is spamming the emotes you can always put them on mute so that you'll have a more peaceful match. Let me know if you're not sure how to silence them, I can let you know.

As I was initially wondering if something was suspicious I decided to record some of the matches against the known names.
When I later reviewed the games, one can see the non stop summon, the "half a second stutter" of screen that initiates the "crazy stuff", or "invincible units" / while the wi-fi signal is also seen, so that internet problems can be discarded/, so I am asking is there any official site/mail where I can submit those videos, so that you can have a proof to take action!

You can send them on over to me, actually! Then I can pass them off to the right members of the team. You can send them via a PM here or through any of the Phone Destroyer social media channels. Facebook tends to work the best with sending things, I know the forums can be finicky sometimes.
