I've been trying to contact merchandise support regarding my Assassins Creed order not being delivered but the options to submit a case or start a chat don't work on https://support.ubisoft.com/en-US/Cases/New
Please provide some help, it's been very frustrating not having some to even ask where my order is.

Firstly, I took a look at your account and I'm not seeing that a transaction attempt was made, which may mean that the purchase did not process correctly on our side. That could also be an issue with being on the wrong store at the time of purchase. I see that your region for your account shows one location, however it looks like you're either using a VPN or located elsewhere. If you are using a VPN, are you able to turn it off and attempt the purchase at your region's Ubisoft Store? Also, if you did see that funds were removed from your account at the time of your transaction, you should see it returned to you within 5-7 business days!
