I've noticed that most people prefer to play it safe by hanging back, letting their skills go to work and take advantage of doorways and chokepoints. Personally, I prefer to at least try to go in and dominate the area. Which can lead to some really lonely feelings some times lol. But that's what's fun for me. What about you? What are your thoughts and how do you prefer to play?
Dominating the ground in a Legendary really depends on the map and the team composition. There are some sections of DUA that you simply cannot push into with any degree of success where others it isn't a problem. Pushing all the way through isn't going to happen, so it's a case of picking your battles as always.
so you are that guy?Originally Posted by ET-Parabola Go to original post
i know that with a well oiled 4 stack you can kindda control some legendary rooms , but dominate ?you are that guy that always goes in into his inevitable faith and then ragequits because no one can go rez him.

Is it jut me or does that video look boring as hell?
1. Run forward - nothing special here
2. Deploy skills - the shield is mandatory to survive the occasional hit, the deployed skill distracts them
3. Cheese the AI - notice how the standing positions are carefully chosen
4. Press left mouse button to shower the enemy in so much lead they are crushed by the weight of all the rounds in their armor
No disrespect meant and great job figuring it out. But is that fun? Does anyone do that kind of mission for fun or is that just grinding for gear? I prefer a more free wheeling style where I can play the same mission using different tactics, new guns, different skills. Is that not the norm? And if not, how do you keep from getting bored?
(Serious question, not trying to be a d**k).
