Potential Solution to Raids
After running through the Raids a fair bit, I can understand where everyone's getting at; with the whole topic of the DMR Glitch, and lobbying with people who don't know what to do. Communication is Key after all.
To this, I propose a solution (and encourage anyone in the comments to add more suggestions); why not add Optional Intel that, hear me out, will make the bosses easier? I mean, everyone has an issue with the bosses health pools, and the Dev Team wants to add in more interactable stuff that switches weekly; why not add Optional Intel which can provide either certain buffs to the players, and certain de-buffs to the boss?
Think about it. Let's say you want to kill Gargoyle (Omega), and you have 2 separate teams. Team 1 is the coordinated team, basically blasting through Omega because they've done the raid every week since launch. Team 2 is a fairly new team; either an LFG or rag-tag group of individuals that chose to randomly match.
Obviously, Team 2 will have more difficulties with the boss; so instead, let's say that they find a piece of intel telling them that there is a security breach in Gargoyles system, and that it can possibly be exposed to a virus. By going through the extra steps, maybe for that run, Gargoyle will have ~25% Less HP. Or, maybe Gargoyle will slowly take DOT (Damage Over Time).
This will allow Team 2 to finish Omega, perhaps not in the same time as Team 1, but certainly much quicker and easier than the boss originally proposed.
There are many ways this system can be tweaked, and individually for each and every boss; as for the Lore, we know that while these bosses are prototypes, they are in no way perfect; the Ghosts are simply exploiting weaknesses that Skell couldn't find a permanent solution to.
