Hi !
I was wondering why with thoses pc specs i cant play it keep freezing :
*Motherboard • Gigabyte Technology - Z97N-Gaming 5
*CPU: • Intel Core i5 4690K
*RAM: •8,00 Go Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz
*Graphic Card: •NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660
And even better, now that i bought the game and try it, then realize that i cant play it i dont even know why i tried every things found on the forum. I tried with potato settings, and it keep saying that i dont have enought RAM. Why? I dont know. The game is running alone...
That was all, i was about to tell myself that i couldnt play this Ghost Recon and ask to be refound. But it seems that its not you your policy to fix games and let people who has been "scammed" be refund. I wonder why too
I just tried out with my laptop which is less powerfull, with the same setting.
First its more stable, i maxed fps to 40 and it seems to dont drop to 20 (wich is not normal at all to have only 40fps with a GTX1650 and 25fps with a GTX1660)
Secondly freezes seems more rare, and less prolonged
It still disgusting to buy a game wich more than 3 years old with a known bug not patched.... And the fact that I cant even be refund is filthy
Hey there IWonderWhoIAM,
Sorry to hear you're having issues.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on either machine?
Give our guide a try here.
If you're being warned about your RAM, steps such as Disabling Background apps and running a Clean Boot would be a good steps to note.
If you're still having issues, please open a case on our Support Site and send over your system files.
