Lets discuss what the title update after Thursday should consist of.
1: Obviously feat balancing. This is a must. Shouldn't even be on the list really because it's a no brainer, but we're putting it on here anyway.
2: Consistencies in character development. What I mean by this is giving everyone certain rules that need to be followed rather than giving characters similar moves with different properties. For example, Jorm, Shugoki and cent all have moves that pin an enemy and fills stamina back for both players. Shaman has a similar style of move with her bite. It however does not fill the enemies stamina back. This is inconsistent. To further add to this, bashes also need to be standardized in the same way. For this follow Warlords design as his is the best way to go about it. It does stamina damage, but does not pause the regeneration.
3. When being ganked, you should not be punished so harshly for parrying or attacking. For example here. As it is on live, If you throw a lite attack and it gets blocked, the external enemy gets a free gb. This is not fair for the gankee. In the case of parry, or block stun the external opponents fully charged bash or whatnot should not give them the full punish. For example you parry an attack and warden hits you with his fully charged shoulder bash he gets the top heavy off of it. You essentially get punished for playing good here. These type of moves should bounce off or let you keep your guard up. Same goes for bash pins. The same goes for block stun. You blocked the attack, but since you are stuck in the stun part, shaman for example can get her bite off on you and you're dead. This is also not fair for the gankee. However these you should be able to pull these moves off during a hit stun since you have gotten hit.
4. Would love some more perks. However, you should be able to use salvage to keep rerolling one perk on a piece of gear. Similar to how the division does their recalibration.
I also have a question regarding the next update. Since attacks are now going to be auto delayed are bashes also going to be auto delayed too?
As much as i'd like a feat system overhaul I don't think that's in the cards at this point. So i'm just giving up on that. The next thing i'd like them to look at is better target swapping and a better indicator system. Both of which I should remind people that they said they were already working on. We've just received zero information about them after they confirmed they were. Beyond that it would be great if we could start tackling other minor but important things for the games health such as:
-A total revamp to every hero's range and tracking for all attacks
-Plunge attacks being scaled off of danger to the person performing so that tiny drops are not instant kills anymore
-A continued revamping of maps that make map flow overall better and filled with less lethal environmentals
-A better match making system that allows us to que up for multiple modes at a time
As for your question yes. Bashes are delayed as well. How this looks will depend on the bash though. If it's a neutral bash like Tiandi's or Gladiator's toe stab animation wise it will not change much as it's a neutral attack. And all neutral attacks be it an attack or a bash are considered by the game as delayed already. The indicators will be what's different for them.
If it's a chain or a dodge bash then they should look animation wise as they do now. Meaning your input will still visually and mechanically effect the timing. This is because delaying your bashes in the past never shortened the animation itself. Just messed with the timings on when to dodge. The indicators should be different still like with neutral bashes.
I could of course be wrong in regards to chain/dodge bashes. But this is my understanding of the situation.

No what i'm saying is animation wise dodge bashes and chain bashes should be the same as they are now. But with the UB indicator being delayed. Their animation shouldn't change afaik. What you've been saying about getting ganked us so true. I'm so tired of getting parry punished just because another character has a bash. Hell it's gotten to a point I never even get revenge cause afterwords, I just get stun locked to death without being able to do anything.

Is it possible that instead of waiting for Ubi to balance feats we simply take all of the feats and reorganize them then discard the ones that are unworthy in their class per hero. I realize this would take a large chunk of time.
