    Dismantling items not working

    on every character i have Dismantling anything doesn't provide any steel back !!?!?!?
    tried to verify files but still to no use

    Could you try the steps on our troubleshooting article? I recommend following the steps on this article in order even if you have already tried verifying your files.

    If the issue persists, could you please send us a video that shows you unable to dismantle your items so we can take a closer look?
