(Settlers I)Game does not start - no error message | Forums

Hello,

the game does not start on my primary pc.

Hardware:
I5 9600K
16 GB RAM
RTX 2080
4K TFT

on my Laptop the game starts normally

I7 6700HQ
8GB RAM
GTX 1060
1920x1080


I don't get any error message. The Config Screen is visible, after clicking on OK there is a Uplay windows with a Picture of the Knight, then comes a black window and the game closes itself.

Is this a known error?

Do you see any activity in the control panel when you launch the game?
