    Message saying "Group Leader Only" When I am NOT in a group.

    Why is every mode in the game suddenly saying I need to have a group leader? I cant even play training mode? plz help

    I am currently experiencing this issue after just loading up the game. Was playing earlier and then I got disconnected and has been like this ever since. I have since visited the network guide and forwarded recommended ports for For Honor. Reset my PC. Verified integrity of game cache on steam and it said 1 file needed to be reacquired. Reloaded the game and still wasn't working. I then tried resetting my router/gateway. Still nothing is working. Any ideas?

    Message saying "Group Leader Only" When I am NOT in a group.

    This is the second day in a row this has happened. Yesterday and today I was playing for hours with everything running smooth and then out of nowhere during a match is says "Disconnected from Ubisoft Servers Error: 7-00000004"

    After that it sends me back to title screen and when I get to the menu and go to battle map, all of the orders are "greyed out" or rather have a white symbol in them and then ANY type of match I try to join it states "Only Group Leader can Start" but I am clearly not in a group. I cannot even play Arcade or Story mode which effectively completely removes my ability to use this product due to no fault of my own.

    My internet stays intact during this whole time. It works on my PC, laptop and TV at all times. I can play any other game without having these issues. I have forwarded all ports mentioned in the PC network troubleshooting guide. Verified file integrity on Steam. Restarted PC and reset gateway to no avail. I did these same steps yesterday and it didn't help either. At some point during the evening it just stopped having this error for no discernible reason. I can only conclude this issue isn't on my side but then it begs the question why many are not having this issue. Unless it somehow is related to my profile.

    I will say before this started happening the first time yesterday I had JUST purchased the Battle Pass. Then moments to an hour later this issue occurred and is happening again tonight.

    Please advise, thanks for your time and sorry if I come off frustrated.

    Same Exact Problem

    I have had the same problem and tried EVERYTHING suggested by forums and I literally cannot play the game. Hopefully they find a fix soon, this is really frustrating.

    Sorry to hear that you've all encountered this problem.

    As Xavyn points out, Error 7-00000004 is related to your connection with the Ubisoft Servers. Thank you for trying multiple troubleshooting steps.

    If you have not already, I recommend checking out our connectivity troubleshooting article.

    If possible, could you guys send us a video that shows this issue happening in-game? In particular, we'd like to see the "Group Leader Only" message and your orders greyed out. This will help us to investigate further. Thanks!
