so i unlocked black prior, jormungandr, hitokiri, jaing jun, shaolin and zhanhu and i have got level and reps on some of them to help prove so, but i dont know why they have locked again, ive rest my game, internet and nothings helped, they dont show up as playable ingame or menu and show as locked. my username is I DemonicVoid I and im an xbox player

If you haven't already, I recommend trying the steps from our Xbox troubleshooting guide.

If the issue still persists after trying these steps, could you let us know if you use console sharing at all?

Could you open a support case on our dedicated website and attach images that show your proof of ownership. Once you have done this, could you let us know your case number so we can take a closer look?
