[FEEDBACK] Current game and live event.

I must admit that at the moment the game is quite satisfying and relaxing to play.
I enjoyed the resistance event and do the corresponding missions using the new companions.

It took almost a year, but I think at the moment this build should have been the version we should have had last October.

There are still some things that I hope will be improved, but as I said before the game for the pve side is ok.

Below I put a list of things that I would like to see improved or added with the next patches. Maybe you already have them planned ... who knows

    - Performance improvements to the graphics engine. Although with the introduction of the vulkan api there has been a good leap forward I think we can squeeze a little more the potential of our vga and make the framerate more homogeneous. There are situations where it really swings too much.

    - Review ballistics. In many situations, bullets seem to me to lose their trajectory too quickly.

-More options to give orders to companions. Maybe even single commands for each.

-More game modes for pvp. 5v5 is nice, but I can't say it's my favorite mode. Maybe 8v8 mode? Goals? Battlefield rush type?

-Ability to search for multiplayer games with your own game parameters. I don't want to play with people who don't have the same settings as me.

-Raid also for the "immersive mode"?

    Thanks.
    Have a nice weekend.

    Hey,

Nice post ! More or less, I share the same opinion about the state of the game. It now really looks like what I expect for the release back in October 2019. On a negative note, It's a pretty sad situation nevertheless because the game is nearly one year old and we know that, because of bad results, devs team and resources are very reduced. The room for improvement is narrow...

Like you I wish more graphical performances, that would allow a better ballistics as well.

PVP wise, Something like the mercenary mod would be something I could invest playing time.

As many players, I can spend a tremendous amount of time personalizing my character's outfit. In that department I can't say as today we don't have choices. Therefore, it's not the variety lot of us ask for here. I mean military gear and not civilian and realistic chest-rig, accordingly populated aside of the adaptative pouches we have. We miss trauma kit, communication device and those details that seem nothing but bring credibility and immersion...

As for the raid, if they replace the boss drone by Wolves captains and make the game so if all the squad went down, the raid is over, with immersive mode on and extra reward if you turn the HUD off, I'll go in 100%.

PVE : Mission wise, it's an issue that, if you want to replay a specific mission, you and your friends have to go trough a loading screen. If I want to set a custom mission, ending by a base assault or an hostage rescue, the game make me spawn right at the mission's location, making players load-back themselves where they wanted to start their mission. Somehow, giving us a comprehensive way to replay missions is missing

    Regards.

Agreed I think the game is in allot better place than it was a year ago, but still way off the standard of Wildlands, I think giving the enemy A I a day and night cycle so they have a routine of eating sleeping, patrolling etc, and adding a reinforcement function similar to the Unidad mechanic from Willdlands would improve the game immensely.

Also though for replayability, the objective location within the base or world and patrols need to be randomised each time you revisit it. Currently you play, you recon, you know where everything/one is, you attempt, you die, you respawn, and try again knowing where everyone is again. Bit boring at times. Change it up! 😜

Yeah, I pretty much agree with this. It's a real shame that the game wasn't given long enough in Development.

true that, though thair event reward system still is utter garbage since you still dont unlock them for the account, you still only unlock them for the savegame you unlocked them with which is nothing but annyoing and awful since i want to use the new cosmetics on fresh characters regardless of when they got created as well, especially the new body armor with the shoulder parts and the splinter cell themed facemask.

    With a better story.
    With better voice acting.
With some decent team dialogue whilst traversing the world.

I think it’s close to what should’ve released. It is fun to play. But it’s fun to play in spite of the story. The AI team is great to have back, but they lack personality, (which was very much present in Wildlands).

Although I like the feel of much of the movement animations and gunplay, which feel like I step up from Wildlands, overall the game as a whole, still feels like a step down.

    Randomly teleport to bivouac

Requiring mission restart, never happens at beginning of mission but as your nearing completion

Black screen, then reload screen, and reappear at a bivouac

Another update that broke more than it fixed, ubi really this incompetent?

Forum mood seems to have really soured

Garbage on top of garbage, most have had their fill of this mess

Even if you have to borrow mission ideas from other games -- put them into this game. Just needs variety and more to do.

I was teleported away twice in a row from missions last night, near the effing end. I thought it was only me. All that time wasted.

More bugs were added. It seems some might be related to a lack of in-house version control.

I'm still getting Dead Body Found from enemies nowhere near the body, like on the roof from the ground, as well as Shots Heard on suppressed shots that were neither fired nor landed anywhere near where they were detected.

When shooting to take out a sniper 155m away I hit something invisible to me, causing a spark and noise that alerts the whole frikkin base while not touching the intended victim. After sending my drone to look, I can now see the huge HVAC unit he was standing behind. Why can I not see it in my scope?

Voices are all screwed up. Trying to go into bases using only sound to detect enemies is ridiculous now given how screwed enemy voice volume is. For a long time now, we've been able to hear voices from the ground up in helicopters. How was that ever okay?

A huge list of problems wasn't touched and maybe that's a good thing given how bad they are at only fixing bugs and not making things worse. I can't imagine how embarrassing it might be to have your name on this game.

They indicate absolutely no will, much less the ability, to make this game what it should have been when it shipped. Or at least a game that is a little less of a steaming pile.
