Despite what people say. It doesn't make warden useless. The problem is how the moveset is just way to similar (and imo the fashion is better) this like what others are also saying, should have been the warden rework that he deserves and its just a slap to the face to warden mains. I wouldn't even be surprised if they switch to being Warmonger mains, leaving warden in the dust and Ubi not knowing how to make him/her viable without having a similar movesets to Warmonger

No this should not have been a warden rework.

Doesn’t even remotely fit the character.

People wanted a Apollyon like hero but seem to have forgot that she used a lot of Wardens move.

Warden still will remain one of the top duelist and warmonger won’t change that.

Warden will never, ever be removed from his podium duelist position without a fundamental change to his bash. As long as he is literally the only zoner, the only hero in the game that can control the fight from mid-range, a safe distance away from opponents, all the while initiating his own unreactable offense, in addition to being the only hero that can halve a backdodge's recovery, and counter-attack, it's impossible for him to be obsolete.

Warmonger just has another melee-range bash. It doesn't even loop into itself. Absolutely nowhere near as good as Warden.

Warden wont be obsolete
Warden's bash grant more dmg
Warden can crushing counter
And Warden have a 2nd garneted light makes his dmg more reliable

Warmonger has a higher skill ceiling, but Warden will still be more reliable
