    Warden useless after Warmonger release?

    So I just watched the Warmonger moveset video and I have to ask. Does anyone else feel like Warden is going to be useless? From the video it seems that almost all the Warden's options are included in Warmonger's moveset, but she has several more options on top of that.

    Things that are the same for both characters:
    Basic chains (L, L, H; L, H; H, H)
    Variable timing bash (available after dodge or in chain), both guarantee a heavy when fully charged, both can be canceled into GB
    Zone, sprint heavy and forward dodge heavy are chain starters

    Warden advantages over Warmonger:
    Top Heavy finisher unblockable
    Block on Top Light opener

    Warmonger advantages over Warden:
    Superior lights (chain not interrupted if a light attack gets blocked)
    Side dodge heavy (unblockable)
    Forward dodge heavy is undodgable
    Forward dodge heavy can be feinted into GB
    Impale Parry Punish

    The warden has two extra tools, but one of them is mostly dependent on the opponent. Warmonger has several tools to increase her pressure from neutral. Unless I missed something, the Warmonger just looks like an improved version of the Warden and there will be no reason to play Warden.

    Please tell me I am wrong. I don't want this to be the case.

    Nope, you are right. They made 1 hero completely useless and unneeded with another hero... that's UBI for you...

    yeah, it should have just been a Warden Rework. not a new character, but hey they can't sell that, but i wont be buying anyway, since they were too lazy to add a male version.

    Na it should have not been.

    Simply because a fighting style similar to Apollyon really doesn’t fit the Warden.

    Not really Wardens bash still can be used with a back dodge, which is pretty much the safest move in the game.

    Also Wardens bash seems to be quicker then warmongers one.

    She'll be better in terms of team fighting and mid clearing and the like. But if you're just strictly talking about mechanical power Warden is still better because his bash is still the best bash in the game.

    As long as he can access it from back dodge and actually moves a good distance with it that's always going to be the case. Not to mention Monger's bash only guarantees finishers where as Warden can continue his offense after landing lights from the bash.

    Was warden made useless after the addition of Sakura? no? Cent rework? hmm, no? Maybe after this fourth hero that uses a charge bash mechanic? Nope!

    i 100% warden are going be most pick heroes than Warmonger

    rason Warmonger do not have back dodge bash and warden bash are more hard to read and mix ups

    i forgot somthing warden can do full bash hit enemy to get top free heavy and unblockable top finishers heavy to faint and parry out stamina enemy it what Warmonger cant not do
