Sounds like Ubi has to set out and prove that women sell too since they just jumped in hot water for saying they don't.

There’s literally nothing behind this characters lore that would make it reasonable to be gender locked, matter a fact it’s the complete opposite. What game were you watching ?

I somehow still fail to imagine the tantrumfest that is happening if it would have been the other way around, with a male only character. Anyway, be glad, it might be genderlocked, but at least it's not a Wulin.

Ever wonder if maybe gender is a key component of the now creators idea of the game, its story, its art, or the character? They want warmonger to be female only. cool. Thats their choice as the artists slash creators. you can object if you want, but this female character is theirs to define.

Doubt anyone would be complaining as much (or at all) if the hero was male only lol.

True. And thats my next fear
We have a gender locked knight followed most likely by a wulin.

I am willing to pay extra money to get the male model if it's a "budget" issue for the devs/designers/MALE voice actors. Until then, I refuse to play that character until there's a male model for it. It's ironic how Ubi claimed to never release anymore heroes that are gender-locked but here we are...

Doubt its a budget thing (I don't think it is), we don't know for sure.

We are already two, I think and would be willing to do the same in order to see this male character.

Well even if they gonna do it, you guys would most likely wait till the second hero is done and even then there would be a lot of work, so basically till somewhere in 2021 if I had to guess.

But I kinda doubt that they will do it.
