Bring Splinter Cell: PANDORA TOMORROW for PC!

Probably this issue has been brought up before, but I do not understand why Ubisoft doesn't sell Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow for PC. It's the only PC Splinter Cell game not sold anywhere, not even on Uplay or Ubisoft Store. The only place I know it can be bought nowadays is on Playstation Network. For starters, why?? Can someone explain exactly what stops Ubisoft from selling this game to the public (besides lack of interest)?
Regardless, I beg Ubisoft to sell Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow once again. There are several fans who would buy it, but people unfamiliar with the game and also the franchise. Granted, it wouldn't sell millions upon millions of copies, but is still much better than nothing. Hire some third-party studio to remaster it if it is more convenient. Sell it on Ubisoft Store, uPlay, GOG.com and Steam! I'll make sure to buy a copy for myself.

This is simply not true. Yes, the game isn't available on Digital Platforms like Steam, Uplay, GOG, etc. But it is available on Retail CD/DVD ROM from amazon for PC!

You just need to do your research properly. For example I am from the UK and Amazon UK, GAME UK, 365Games and CeX are selling PC retail versions. Now you might say that you don't want the physical copy because let's say you don't have a CD/DVD drive. But these are cheap to buy nowadays if you haven't got one installed in your PC case.

Digital version may not be available, big deal. You're not losing much as the game won't have achievements anyway. Just because the game is not available digitally, doesn't mean it is not available for PC! Don't get that confused. Plenty of games aren't available as a digital download service, but are available on PC DVD retail versions only. The title is very misleading as it gives the impression that the game isn't available on PC at all.

If it wasn't available on DVD then I understand, hence why I wanted to clarify you on that, in case you weren't aware.

I had completely forgot about this topic, I just checked my old e-mail about it!
You are wrong into saying "This is simply not true". You completely misunderstood my point since I have always been aware it is possible to find used physical copies of Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow out there (by the way only Amazon Store still has units available of stock, and only 2 right now). I do not care at all about DVD. Not only my country no longer sells PC versions of games on DVD/Blu-Ray, if I were to buy online, it would be a second-handed copy, too expensive, far more than the actual worth of the game (without SvM there's only the campaign which is only fine; in fact "Pandora Tomorrow" is my least favorite Splinter Cell) and there are compatibility issues with Windows 10.
What I do care about is that Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow is sold the same as way as all other games of the franchise, that's all. And preferentially is updated to run properly on modern PCs. I could perfectly download a pirated copy on any torernt, but I am interested to legitimately buy the game, hence this thread. I do hope Ubisoft comes to its senses and make my request happen someday. There is demand; what there is not is willingness of Ubisoft.
