We are aware of ongoing issues with the Polarity Switch Global Event rewards in Season 2. We are working towards a solution to resolve the problems with claiming earned caches and we appreciate your patience in the meantime. We will share more information on how we plan to address the situation soon.

Ideally, they'll announce they're retroactively awarding any earned rewards, or gift them to anyone who completed a challenge.

My money is on them ignoring the glitch and people just moving on next week to the new event. Rhey dontbgive a **** if you are rewarded for the event or not.

My problem with this: the event is only 1 day and 14 hours befor it's of.
I love the event itself, it's real fun for me-
But it's don't feel good for me, that ubisoft don't really say something with substance. I mean the problem don't feel very important to them, and so I don't feel important (and I know that I am not important btw). But this gives me a bad feeling in the game itself. And the game feels more and more meaningless for me. And I hate this.
I really hope they can fix the bug.

Unless you just got to lvl 40 2 weeks ago there is ZERO in the rewards you dont already have so your not missing anything.

I like when my friends get excited about getting the exotic cache, im like are you stupid, you have every exotic already max re-rolled, what you just got is 100% useless as you already have broken down 20 exotics for parts even, too funny. I mean being able to re-roll exotics killed me even ever caring about getting another one as there is zero reason to.

Sadly I think you may be correct on that. It would be less work on their part and it considered a resolved issue. They already have our money, so who cares....right?
