MMR's, rifles, pistols, nemesis, M1A & the first blood talent all taking a hit.
I actually thought rifles were in a good spot right now. Personally think this is too much.
if they think they will make PvE players enjoy PvP even more... then clearly they don't play their game lol
now not a single build can counter the 1 shot city holster build... nice goodjob massive.
here we go with intimidate spam + lady death all the way with 0 counters besides using it yourself... sigh
they already Stealth nerfed the Airburst Seekermine and the Fire sticky bomb anyway.... they do the same Damage as the chem launcher now....Originally Posted by LucNukem73 Go to original post
fire sticky used to hit 100k minimum harder than it does now for me... another ruined build for me... yay duration got a turn too
"Decreased pistol damage by 22%"
"These changes should help make fighting against 1-shot builds less frustrating in PvP, and instead reward skilled marksmanship when landing headshots"
I mean, I already stacked headshot damage with the Liberty, since pistols have a 2.0 headshot multiplier (according to the spreadsheet). So my build that focuses on headshot damage gets a 22% nerf to its base damage, just to, holistically, stop one shot body shots... in order to promote headshots? With nothing in the notes that indicate, say, an increase to the headshot multiplier on the pistol to compensate the 22% nerf - the actual (hidden) value that would promote and reward headshots.
....Welp, that's it, I guess. PVP uninstalled. That build has been put into an awkward position, and rendered effectively useless.
The unnecessary nerfs are pvp specific.Originally Posted by LucNukem73 Go to original post
There's no mention in the maintenance notes of a fix to the foam bug. Players foamed by an enemy are frequently reporting movement issues where your mapped movement keys execute the wrong movement commands. This is on PC. I don't know if this happens on consoles. It makes PvP unplayable.
Also no mention of loadout swap issues plaguing the game game right now because of cooldowns when not in combat.
Both issues require a priority patch.
