Hello there gargvarun041! Welcome to the forums

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. If you haven't already, please can you try these PC troubleshooting steps? In particular, please can you ensure that your drivers are fully up-to-date. I also suggest disabling any background applications, as these can interfere with the game files.

If the issue persists, please can you open a support case and attach an MSinfo and a DxDiag. Please include all troubleshooting steps you have tried in your case notes, as this will help our team to investigate further.

    Thanks!

I had 2 game crashes in under 20mins when playing Valhalla for the first time and this "seems" to have fixed it. I'm going on 1hr straight without a crash so far...

    Possible fix:
(Windows 10) Navigate to System Properties > Advanced > Change button under Virtual memory and set a custom size 4981 - 32768 on the drive that Valhalla is installed on. Mine was my D: drive not the default C: drive. so this Virtual memory setting was not configured on my D: drive by default.

I found a video that illustrates this also: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZMMuFQdH0E

    Hey there.

Just a heads up this is the AC Odyssey forums. I'd recommend sharing that on the Valhalla forums as well. Thanks!
