I’ve seen a number of threads with the issue you’re having.
No one has ever reposted the result of the issue here publicly that I can remember reading about.
I’d hazzard a guess that since a support ticket is required & that once the issue is resolved. The OP doesn’t see a reason to give feedback as to how long it took to resolve.
You’ll have to wait it out unless someone responds who’ve had the same issue & chimes in.

Typical initial response to a support ticket will happen with-in 24 hours. But they will always ask you for more information, screenshots, videos, etc. Even if you respond with in minutes, the next contact can take up to several days after that. Most of the time this second contact from support consists of double talk, that mostly misses the point of your ticket entirely.
I have never personally had any issue resolved with Ubi Support. The fastest they've ever shut the door on me was just over a week, the longest they've every strung me along and wasted my time was just over 5 months.
I actually had some good response from support with a couple issues. Mostly related to the Uplay launcher. I think it really depends on the issue and the extent first line support can help. If it has to be escalated odds are you are screwed. I have yet to get a reply on losing the awards from the terminator mission after they encouraged people to start a new campaign in immersive mode.

They do aim to respond to people within 24-48 hours, so as long as you have created a ticket through https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB someone will come back to you to help

The longest wait I had for a rather simple question was from early Dec 2016 to late Feb 27 2017. This was from me creating a ticket until I got a non automated response from someone. In between I wrote several 'reminders'. But usually it did take about four days until I got an response that wasn't automated. And like I said, friends of mine had similar experiences. Also most of them weren't really helpful at all.
