this happens when you lost the connection to the ubisoft servers while you are in the shop, i had this happen to me once when i visited the shop from the games main menue and stayed there a while.Originally Posted by Dqmx Go to original post
in order to avoid this issue in the future keep an eye on the lower middle portion of your screen if a " you lost connection to the ubisoft servers" type notification pops up, if it does do not buy anything, instead leave the shop, open the uplay overlay from the main menue or load into a save game to get your connection back, when the connection is back buying in the shop is save again until you loose it again. (which seems to happen regularly in the games main menue for me personally)
