    Time trial - Pathway Park

Has anyone completed Pathway Park time trial in under 15 minutes, solo?
    I honestly believe it's impossible.
I've done it a few times and each time I've run in the mission head first clearing out the areas but still can't do it.
If they cut out the BS dialogue then yes it's probably doable, but my god, you stand around to long waiting for them to just shut up so you can carry on.
If you have completed it then, well done to you, as for me, I find it damn near impossible.

I have seen many posts where folks say they did it. I am not even starting the event till tomorrow as that will be my first gaming day off in a week. Not sure how well I'll do though as my builds have changed dramatically since the last league.

Got all timed challenges first try with my gf, pathway was done in 13:50, nothing complicated at all, too easy should I say.

Ok I am gonna tell you the secret. If you have heroic or challenging world npc in time trial missions are scaled to this diff even if mission is set to hard. So change your world settings to normal diff -> profit

It's really tough to solo but these runs might help you find solutions. I recorded my fastest solo run so far:

And KuyakeebZ also has a run:

As you can see at the end of the videos we're both using pretty similar builds. I'm with Famas and M1A for long range, Shield and Scanner Pulse. He's with Famas and Baker's Dozen with Striker Drone and Jammer Pulse. The rest of the gear is almost identical. I would say that if you want to sub 15, ideally, you wanna get to the last area before 11 or it's going to be really tough.

Anyway it's nice to have other runs to watch because you can figure out where you can improve, I know we both used some "methods" to try and make the run as fast as possible,. Hope it helps

Also if you can feel like recording your run please do it's alwys nice to have other examples and variations for the same mission.

Oh and I've seen people talk about open world scaling influencing ennemy difficulty on missions before but that doesn't make sense to me. I've run challenging and heroic missions with open world on normal and if you're telling me that the NPCs on those missions scaled to my open world difficutly you must be out of your mind. SO yeah I've seen a few comments here and there but without any kind of evidence I don't buy into that theory ar all. I'm gonna try and run the mission with open world on heroic to see if it makes any difference.

Edit: I really don't think the world difficulty makes any difference at all. If it does I'd like to see how with some evidence but in any event, just ran Pathway on hard with open world on heroic and I was a bit faster than my last run. I got killed by Kajika somehow, otherwise I would have either beaten my fastest run or came really close.

Well I have seen some people hobble themselves right out of the gate with all directives running , opening every box and stopping to check the drop , i wonder sometimes if theses players have any idea what they are doing. I just missed it solo and got LV 9 on this time trial.

Man I feel you, in the beginning I did a run with some other player. Matchmaked, asked if he wanted to do a duo, he said let's go. Then, for some reason he decided to go for Kajika key, so I had to wait about 5 seconds to open the door to the next area and guess what time we ended up getting at the end? 15:04, I kid you not...

On another note, for solo players here's another way you can handle this mission, it involves switching builds during the mission. Might sound tricky but it's not. I just did a run using this method with my own ake on it and I was able to cut about 30 seconds from my fastest run.

I believe a LOT depends on your familiarity with the run, and what build you're using..

Many builds are ill-suited to speed. Anything with deployables, for example, will be very bad. But something like the EP build with firestarter, where the damage and CC spreads like crazy, will do very well. I very nearly hit the 15 minute mark on my first attempt, and I don't even have Vile to boost the damage through the roof.

Another way to do it is to go full glass canon, all red DPS. But you're going to have to aim VERY well. Remember that you only need to run it on Hard, so enemies will die VERY quickly. Practice and knowing the spawn locations will be key.

It's because people who MM can't be expected to be doing events at all. MM is not for events. MM is just for casually completing the mission.
