    I want a REFUND, game crashes always !!!!

    I have played game smooth in the free time , but after to buy it , game crashes every time on menu screen, how can i request a refund? Seems that you wont fix that error

    Here's what I still don't get about that work around. How are we supposed to swap profiles on PC? Generate a new UPlay account? Then have to buy Breakpoint again for that account, because no. If you're asking us to cough up sixty bucks for a possible workaround, there are some serious issues with that suggestion.

    the game not loads correctly.

    What we need is a correction for the problem coming from you which should have already been made available.

    @StarekRealm, they're talking about In-Game Profiles. You can have different profiles, like different savegames. Change to another profile e.g. start a new game.

    The term which should have been used was "create a new character", not "create a new profile" - the game is played as a character, not as a profile.

    Thats all working on the assumption that it doesnt CTD before you get to the character screen.

    (Unsurprising Plot Twist....It does.)
