I am having this issue on Xbox One. I keep getting kicked back to the home screen after I see the first tips screen. This has been happening ever since I tried to complete a faction mission. I have restarted my console multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I have fully left the game.

This is actually the Wildlands section rather than Breakpoint, but try the following and hopefully it'll work

Have you cleared the system cach (which on the Xbox is done for some reason by going into the settings and choosing "Use alternate MAC Address") and power cycling (A full shut-down and unplugging from the wall for at least 10 seconds).

It will also help if the game is installed on the internal storage rather than an external drive (This includes if you're running the game via the disc as it still installs files to the system)

The power cycling didn't work either. Both times I tried after power cycling the game crashed at the title screen.

I have been having the same problem, everything worked fine until the update last week. Have an open case "Case Number 09970819" but haven't heard anything back from you guys (ubisoft support) since last Saturday.....July 18th
