Please Help with Battle Pass pass bug. | Forums

I finally finished the battle pass and got to the last and best pack of cards and it says Opens In: 0H OM, Ive tried re installing and it still wont let me open the pack I paid for. I'm positive its not in my inventory also. Please (ANY) help would be (Greatly Appreciated)!

What happens if it wasn't properly opened? Hopefully I dont lose out on my money.

No need to worry about that. There is a fail-safe built into all the card packs. The opening animations might get skipped, but the contents always make it to your inventory. I'll send you a PM with the contents of yours!

Ok, but ive checked my inventory and did not recieve anything new... Is it possible that the pack havent been opened yet?

All of these items have made it to your inventory. I wouldn't be able to see them in my data otherwise. Unopened packs don't register in my tools.
