Igot the same issue got the strike designator unlocked and then the game crashed and it was gone so the item the blue print of sarah rifle and now it said you have to finish the resistance mission before get it but there is no way anymore please fixed it thank you guys

The issue is still there and 11 days left to finish the live quest so plz fixed it

After resuming the mission of the live event several times, the problem was resolved.
