Hi
I have been trying to trouble shoot within the past few days , but I still cant figure out whats wrong
For starters I get 10 fps just being in the loading screen, with changing the graphics from low to high not changing the fps at all
I have no idea where to even start or to go from here since I tried many things to fix this
However, while benchmarking the game, I only had a 10% usage in my graphics card, so im not sure why my GPU has a low usage.
I dont believe I have my GPU under or Overclocked (but I do have MSI Afterburner On, which has no effect on performance whether turning it off on on)
I also have the AMD Radeon Settings for the official AMD website (which Also has no effect as given the reason above) (Maybe the 2 things conflict with each other?)
Here is a link to my benchmark if you want to see the full thing: https://www.reddit.com/r/ubisoft/com..._on_wildlands/
My parts are
CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU- Vega 56 (Asrock Phatom Gaming (if you were interested in what Graphics Card I own))
PSU- 700 W EVGA 80+ Gold
Motherboard- Asrock B450M Pro4
RAM- 16 GB of DDR4, 3000MHZ]
Also as a side note, I also recently played games like overwatch, getting about 180 fps on like high graphics/mid and Apex Legends where I get a decent 90 fps on mid/high
However, as of testing, other Uplay games that I played recently like far cry 4 have had low framerate and I dont know why either (having usually 30-40 fps), So I believe that theres something wrong with the connection between Uplay and my GPU or something like that, because other games like mentioned have good fps and have no troubles as of yet.
Hey there guys,
Sorry to hear you're having issues.
Have either of you tried any troubleshooting steps yet?
I'd advise giving our guide a try here.
I'd especially note the Clean Boot / Disabling Background Apps step as SF_Fluxer, you mentioned running Afterburner which may be conflicting.
