Nobushi lights need sorting out, they are far to parryable, you can see them coming from a mile away.
I got to play against a couple of Nobushis while using warlord, i used crushing counter on every light.
They are far to easy to parry.

The lights attacks of Nobushi are 500 ms no ?

They are indeed 500ms however animation is a back factor too.
Pk neutral lights are 500 ms too but harder to block

There isn't much that can be done. Her and Zhanhu have similar issues where their animation quality is so good that it's pretty easy to see what they're attacking you with. Sadly the indicator and animation changes don't really do much for Nobu. She'll need actual kit buffs.
