    QA Department - The issue

    I'm not talking about the stuff that's been around since release or features or whatever that people feel are missing. I'm talking about how do you release a patch (you can call it a TU whatever) and your QA people are so bad that they didn't notice that all enemies within 200 meters sound like they're within 10 meters? Did anyone actually test the patch? Do you guys PAY people to test or are you just relying on people with other jobs to playtest this in their off time and actually counting on that???

    And it goes across a whole spectrum of items. For example

    art work - Does anyone review the cosmetics in game. I mean geez does Nomad have dysentery now? How did they manage to give the punk pants a big red splotch on the as*?

    game play - AI teammates and buildings. I could not order them into it, but once in I could have them rejoin me. I am up on the roof tell them to open up and they jump off the roof..... I mean there IS a stairway... Even the NPCs will use stairs.

    Audio effects - nuff said

    It just feel like the devs don't actually play so it is left to a couple folks in Delta I guess who get a limited window to try it.

    Yep, that's what I was saying about actually paying people to do it. It's the old question 'Did you guys ever PLAY the game??'

    This sound issue alone is just an example. It's happening on all platforms, didn't exist before the patch, but BAM there it is. Who The F tested the patch? They didn't notice this??? I was telling my wife about it just an hour ago and she was sitting here eating ( I play on the big screen in the living room ) and sure enough you could here two bad guys talking and their red cloud thing was beyond the range of my "radar", but I could hear them clear as day. (I gotta admit, some of the stuff they say is pretty funny).

    And that's just sound, not to mention the long list of other stuff. But this one is easy, before patch sound fine, after patch sound fracked. Sound was actually one of the things that worked in this game. But BAM, we were just kidding, we're gonna F that up now

    You didnt realize after almost a year that you are the tester who paid for privilege to test these alpha builds?

    Not everyone realize that, and this is what I want to explain to many here. There are people that are fine with this game and are happy because now they have a new toy:AI teammates
