    Is the pulse jammer bugged?

    I've got a maxed out Status effects build and my jammer pulse duration is only 9 seconds?

    The jammer EMP is upwards of almost 30 seconds. Is this normal? Or is the jammer pulse messed up?

    This was my favorite build for running into Rogue Agents during missions as I simply jammed them the whole time while my DPS players melted them down. However 9 seconds of jamming is pointless on a rogue agent.

    Am i missing something?

    Yeah it got nerfed to a good extent which makes no sense given the EMP SB can knock things out for nearly half a minute. It still has decent value in handling multiple BTSU electronic systems at once, otherwise it's crap now.

    Passive CC skills got nerfed into the ground, you rarely see anyone using them anymore which is contrary to the developer's confidence that their irrational nerfing would not impact upon their use.

    I use jammer pulse all of the time. Even with the nine second duration it is still the best thing against Black Tusk and rogue agents. With +125% skill haste the cool down is about 13 seconds. Jams warhounds, mini tanks, turrets, and causes disrupt to human enemies. It's amazing.

    All skills are bugged - turrets don't take manual commands and does what ever it wants. Lots of dud seekers , drones that just sit there - all sorts of skills failing.

    I actually have no issues at all controlling my turret and drone. I just double tap to retrieve then sick on the next target. What DOES annoy me, though, is a drone or turret firing at stuff that is not able to take damage. A suicide runner comes in and blows up, causing a fire, and there is my drone firing at the fire. Sounds like a bad rap song, I know. Or the worst ... drone keeps firing at a doggie that's already getting ready to blow. Wish the drone would disengage an move on to the next target instead of committing suicide by staying on a doggie while it EMPs.

    It will lock on a target even if that target is not in sight or behind a wall and it will not take manual commands so it basically becomes useless and I blow it my cool down is 9 secs but it still really bothers me it always happens at the worst times.

    Thanks for the feedback guys. I was kind of hoping the GUI was bugged or something and the EMP Jammer pulse duration was actually 14-30 seconds but....

    Oh well, some good suggestions here i'll keep my build with the jammer pulse and just use it everything 13 seconds...
