I purchased and received all phoenix down apparel event items but did not receive the Badlands mask “Bonus reward” i did however receive a “ combat respirator” mask. When i check the in game event details, there is a green check mark next to the Badlands mask indicating the completion but i checked my in game mailbox, ubisoft club rewards, and my character’s apparel inventory but no Badlands mask. Has this happened to anyone else?

Sometimes with the apparel events the reward item will be received after the event is closed.
That is what happened with the last event at least with me but each apparel event I have had issues with. Mostly not getting cache keys or being shorted keys. I only got 5 keys for yesterday but went up more than 20 levels. I can’t say for sure how many I didn’t pay that close attention to it but I am keeping track today to see what happens exactly.
But the reward mask should pop once the event is over if restarting the game and possibly system doesn’t fix this. Never really know what will happen these days
Also make sure the game didn’t glitch and show the event as completed when you haven’t actually completed it. Takes roughly 130 plus shd levels to complete the event and it just started Tuesday (yesterday) that is why the events typically last 3 weeks and the double XP is only good for 15 levels which typically only lasts a few hours if you play with 3 directives active. I burned through my 15 levels in less than 2 hours. Not sure why they claim the boost is good for a week I guess it possibly could if you only play story mode with no directives added but even then I doubt it will last that long.
In the past my apparel event has shown completed even though I had not completed the event and showed I collected the reward for the event as well. Had to restart everything and even after that it still showed I collected the reward and it did not show up until after the event even when I had collected all items. There is always something wrong with the apparel event. Always.
