There may be a marketing conflict then, because if they said that (happy to accept they did), then that wasn't the tone of the marketing videos which seemed mostly about getting with your dudebros and blowing drones up.

You weren't around when all the marketing material was showing up and quite a few folks started wondering exactly what the heck it was that Ubisoft had decided to produce in the way of a game with Ghost Recon in it's title?

So perhaps both the 'spec ops' crowd and the messing about blowing stuff up crowd were advertised to.

Hard to satisfy both audiences with the same game.

If you want the most realistic game experiences you need to hire consultants from the field of profession which will be represented in a game! If I go scuba diving I will hire scuba diving teacher not climbing or flight instructor.

    Don't be. I'm not.
It's a fantastic game that I feel rightly deserved all of the support I gave, in time and money.

I'm still reaping the rewards of that game. Just played last night and had the most fun I've had with a Ghost Recon game, since the last time I played Wildlands.
Still love my Nomad and Santa Muerte statues too.

    True. That game was worthy.
