The Hollow Man vs Field Providence mask

At the White House shooting range on targets with only health my crit hit damage (orange numbers) shows higher with the Providence mask but the white damage numbers (non crit damage I am guessing) are higher with the Hollow man mask. My question is The hollow man is supposed to be better at damage to targets with health but I was wondering if the fact that my crit damage stats are higher with the Providence mask could that be making up for the difference or does the shooting range not show damage to health?

    My stats

    Hollow Man
    Crit Chance 57.7
    Crit Damage 127.4
    Head Shot Damage 100

    Field Providence
    Crit Chance 58
    Crit Damage 165
    Head Shot Damage 100

All gear is the same only change between the two comparisons is the mask gear piece

What is the weapon damage on both builds? Because the damage to health should out scale the crit damage by quite bit. I have never actually tested hollow man numbers but I know for contractors vs using a god rolled Grupo Sombra (max weapon damage crit chance and crit damage) that the 8% damage to armor out scales the extra crit damage. Should work the same for hollow man. But hollow man comes with armor so you need to be sure you recalibrated weapon damage

I'm not sure how you are losing almost 40 CHD just by changing to the Hollow Man mask. Assuming it's an awful rolled Hollow Man, it still has a red mod slot, so you would at most lose the 27 CHD (15% brand set and 12% from the max rolled Prov mask).

Still, 27 CHD is a lot to lose. I would only use it on generators for razorback. I have a very good rolled one, and I couple it with an M1A with max damage to health on Razor. Even then, I only notice a small difference, but enough to maybe cut down on a phase.
