Hello,
Pretty much every day I'm experiencing an issue when I'm having 65-70 stable FPS and at some moment, usually between the screen transitions in PVP, it drops to 40 or even 24 FPS and nothing would make it get back. Sometimes I need to restart the game twice to get that fixed.
PC specs:
Windows 10, fully updated, official
Sapphire RX 5600 XT, with BIOS updated to the latest version. Tried both with OC and on standard configs.
Display Drivers: AMD Radeon 20.5.1. Had the same issue with previous drivers.
I7-9700K with no overclock.
Ram: DDR4 3200Mhz 16GB
Game installed on the same M2 SSD drive that UPLAY installed on.
Doesn't matter if I have any applications other than the UPLAY and the game running at the moment of occurrence.
On the video below, at 0.48, I'm going to use a drone and you can see FPS going from 65+ to 24. That's what also happens sometimes. When a drone is used by me or a Gas Drone dropping it's bomb (when a gas explosion effect occurs).

im also having this while using vulkan, i get a pretty solid 60fps until it randomly drops to around 42-50 fps and sometimes all they into single digits. The issue tends to be triggered by various things like coming out of a cutscene, using/leaving a bivouac, changing your appearance and weapons, using a drone etc... Sometimes the game recovers but more times then not i have to restart the game. The issues random as this can happen multiple times an hour or once an hour. I've tried using the non vulkan exe and thats even more unplayable as it stutters really bad despite my settings. i've also tried messing around with my video settings to no avail.
My Specs
Windows 10 Fully Up to date
9700K
2080 Super with up to date drivers, i've tried the game with my slight oc turned off no difference
16GB Ram
Actualy have it at a very high settings :POriginally Posted by KingGrub Go to original post
VRAM is below max my graphics card can hold.
Update:
When this happens, I do notice my graphics card wouldn't use more than 100 watts, while in a normal operation mode it can go easily above 120 watts. Still, GPU clock and Memory clock would operate at max speeds, accordingly to the graphics (MSI Afterburner/Radeon software).
For me doing this helped some i think, today its decreased the episodes a fair amount though they sadly do still occur. But thanks i can usually get at least an hour or 2ish in before the issue occurs and i have to restart the game.Originally Posted by KingGrub Go to original post

Yes, sir.
Did it right now. Gonna test. Any way, when started playing today, had 3 times in a row that issue, like after the very first launch. After that rebooted a PC and was able to play for like 2 hours with no issues. After that got black screen and PC rebooted itself :P By some reason happens only when I'm playing GRB.Originally Posted by Ubi-Redbeard Go to original post
