First of all, I LOVE this game. Sure, it is another battle royal and there already a lot of them, but this one is different.
Positive:
-Speed: The speed of the game is just brilliant. This Speed brings a big positiv point to this game: There is no point in Camping. You can get out of fights really fast if you are low, that you don't have to be afraid to fight.
-Respawn System: The respawn system is way better than in many other Battle Royals... If you die you still can take part in the match with spotting enemies while wating for the respawn. Also that the respawn points are points where somebody else died is really smart, because this creates random player hotspots around this respawn points.
-Weapons and abilities: The variety of Weapons and abilities brings the possibility to find your personal favourite combo, but if you cant find your favourite ability it is also no problem, because you get along with the other abilities really fast. I read about unbalanced weapons in this forum, but I dont see an issue there. The only thing that just stands out is that most of the players take the "ripper" (I think it was called like this) just because it is the "normal" Assault Rifle.
-Leveling of Weapons: I think the possibilty to upgrade the weapons and abilities is a really good feature. It degrades the "luck factor" like it is in many other battle royals the case.
Negative:
There is not much negative feedback...
-sprinting: I think that sprinting is a little buggy or shaky ( I dont know how to describe it). For Example: If you fall down a building you need to press the sprint button again. Sometimes sprinting stops at points where I can't understand why. Maybe thats just a personal problem and other player didn't expierence this issue, but I think I read about it in this Forum already.
-Climbing: You can't climb on some roof edges. You stand below the edge and want to jumb with one jumb at the edge but you can't climb on it, even tho you are high enough that your character could grab the edge like he does on so many other edges. So you have go back a little and make a double jumb. Not a big issue just really annoying.
-End Game: The crown lets Hyperscape stand out in the battle royal genre and brings somebody who is alone against a squad the possibility to win the match way easier then in other battle royal games, but because of the crown the end game is no end fight, just an end catch. You try to kill this one guy with the crown and he can run behind edges or just runs straight into the void. It's just way to easy to get away with the crown. Maybe it could help do deactivate the abilities of the one with the crown or he may have less hp, Idk. Some kinds of that
But also with this issues I LOVE this game. I can't wait for the official release. It is just great.
Exactly! I love the speed of the game, and find myself more likely to initiate fights.-Speed: The speed of the game is just brilliant. The Echo system is super cool. I really like the fact you can help the team even after you are knocked out AND have a chance to come back.Respawn System: The respawn system is way better than in many other Battle Royals... The Ripper is certainly popular. Do you not think the Hexfire is particularly annoying to fight against? I'm excited to see what other Hacks and Weapons may be in store.Weapons and abilities: The variety of Weapons and abilities brings the possibility to find your personal favourite combo, but if you cant find your favourite ability it is also no problem, because you get along with the other abilities really fast. I have reported this up!sprinting: I think that sprinting is a little buggy or shaky ( I dont know how to describe it). There have been a few ledges that I have been able to grab/jump onto, but it doesn't feel consistent.Climbing: You can't climb on some roof edges. We are looking into ways to help mitigate the amount of cheese strats we have been seeing to help make it a more positive experience!End Game: The crown lets Hyperscape stand out in the battle royal genre and brings somebody who is alone against a squad the possibility to win the match way easier then in other battle royal games, but because of the crown the end game is no end fight, just an end catch.
