    Hey NOHERO1,

    I fully appreciate this isn't an ideal situation, and we'll do everything we can to help you to get this sorted.

    One player in another thread mentioned that they just kept retrying to access the app, were eventually able to accept the agreement to link, and can now play The Division 2 (though the app itself is still not working as intended yet).

    Approximately how many times would you say you've tried loading into the app, only for it to fault / fail? Can you provide a video of the issue as I requested from nitehawk182 above please?

    I can not provide video because I have other obligations going on at the moment but I have been trying to access the app while attempting to troubleshoot the problem periodically all day im guessing maybe from 10am to what is 3pm now and nothing is working. I've purchased season passes and battle passes that are limited time and because I am unable to access the game I am unable to participate in these items I have purchased for multiple ubisoft games

    exactly the same problem I just bought The division it was cheap but I still want to play the game. I try to load and it just sits on the club screen wont go any further. Never had such trouble with any other xbox games before its just pants!
