    I can’t play anything help

    I have been trying to load up the Ubisoft Club App on my Xbox one for a whole day and it doesn’t load up it gets stuck and in result of that I haven’t been able to play rainbow six siege for a while now a game I payed for this is getting outrageous now I tried everything. Since I can’t load up the Ubisoft club app I can’t log in on my Xbox I’ve tried everything i reset my Xbox I reinstalled refreshed everything I need help it just gets stuck in the loading up screen the Ubisoft club app on my Xbox I really need help with this anyway I can call or something?
    It just doesn’t launch the app

    GodBotond: Hi there, GodBotond! I see that you already have tried a few of the Xbox One Troubleshooting steps here. Can you please tell me if you are connected to the internet and what games you've been trying to play?

    Hi - I am having the same issues, the club logo comes up but that’s it - no opportunity to log in etc......

    I have also tried all the restarting reinstalling etc

    Hey guys! A fellow gamer mentioned that uninstalling the Ubisoft Club application, powering down their Xbox, then booting it back up and reinstalling the application resolved this error for them. Please give this a try, then let me know here if this still doesn't fix the error for you.

    I have tried this and still has not fixed the issue I have expressed my problem many times and still receive no help why

    same here. i've deleted, rebooted, unlocked just about every port i can (which i never had to do before) and it still doesn't work.

    Thanks for updating us regarding your login issues. For those of you who have not completed our Xbox One basic troubleshooting in full, please do so, and try the workaround mentioned by UbiExcellent from Rasczak-UK566 in another thread:

    1. Quit both Just Dance 2019 and the Ubisoft Club App.

    If issues persist, can you please advise whether connecting your Xbox console to an alternative internet connection (such as a mobile hotspot) allows you to fully load into the Club application? It would also be helpful if you could specify which model of Xbox One you are using. We'll continue to investigate these issues with you as best we can.

    Using white Xbox box one s...it doesn't work no matter the connection...wireless, wired, hotspot, etc...

    Thanks for confirming that, nitehawk182.

    Would you be able to provide a video showing the process of opening the application, and it faulting? I realise that may be tricky, and a mobile phone video would be perfectly fine if legible and showing the full screen. To forward this to the developers, it would be helpful to have supporting videos to demonstrate the issues.

    The same issue is happening to me
    Unistalled and installed the app multiple times
    Shutdown and restarted my Xbox One multiple times. Still get the gray and red ubisoft club logo and thats it i can move the cursor but the screen is just the logo. I have even tried using a different Xbox one and a different Xbox account sane thing.. I am unable to play rainbow six seige or ghost recon breakpoint games I've invested alot of money into. And I'm not getting any response when requesting help other than provide more information. Idk what to say I can log in from the website just not the app and the games require connection to the app to function so im not too happy about the situation.
