Hello

i left the game long time ago and now i download it again and my IQ icons gone and now show it as locked

is there any way to get it back? please

If you're using a new account this time round then unlocks don't transfer between accounts.

If you're still on the same account then you may have been inactive for so long that the files may have been cleared during routine server maintenance. Thankfully you'll be able to unlock the icons easily enough - particularly as the daily challenges offer plenty of prestige credits to purchase prestige crates with. Not only do the prestige crates have some of the icons in them, but duplicates will get you credits for the ingame store which can be used to buy everything else which isn't a DLC pack.
