So, today maybe five minutes ago I opened Breakpoint with my ps4. Before I even got to the game, Ubi was proudly announcing "15.07 AI Teammates are coming!"
Oh Lord... I have no words how to put this, since I've been already once banned for using strong words about Ubisoft itself. I try to be nice and kind in words, so that no one in Ubisoft takes no offence, because they do not tolerate negative feedback...
First of all, 15.07 is not a date. It is a time. Well, I don't know how it is in the US, but usually:
15.07 means seven over three PM.
15.07. means fifteenth of July.
Okay. And then the more embarrassing thing:
The triangle button for "Open web page" is not working.
I don't know if anyone agrees with me, but for God sake?! As bad game as the game is, and as much negative feedback as Ubisoft has taken for this piece of work, they still doesn't learn from their mistakes?! How can there be artificial intelligence in the game, if there is absolutely no intelligence in the real life whatsoever? Just asking...
My point being; everyone who was working on this project at Ubisoft, should reconsider their life choices. Maybe career in the gaming industry is not your strong suit?
And for Ubisoft as a company; maybe you should start thinking about refunds? As far as I am concerned, there aren't much from your side what you've held from the contract?
Well, I was trying to be nice and I didn't use any harsh words or bad language. I mean no offence to anyone and my message is only to be taken as an advice. I really hope that I will not be banned again. If I am... I will still stay strong behind my words and then Ubisoft can prepare themselves for a real s**tstorm coming from my side.

15.07 can't be that hard to understand that it's the 15 of july same as mid july that what UBisoft have said is the release for the update,and the triangle button worked fine on my PS4 so dont blame UBI soft that,Originally Posted by JarppaNorppa Go to original post

Thank you everyone for the feedback and replies! It is now obvious for me, that I need to be more specific in my future posts and not let my emotions take over.
First things first. My opinion is, that Breakpoint has all the potential to be the best GR game ever.
But, let me explain:
It wasn't difficult to understand it is a date. I wouldn't have been explaining that there is an error, if I didn't understand the meaning of those numbers.
Then, like I said in my post (but didn't explain it well) I do not know how dates are presented in US. This was totally my mistake. I should've been more specific and said "in imperial measures". There are multiple differences between imperial and metric system and how they show measures and digits. And as I found out from your replies, there are also differences between countries who uses metric system.
Therefor I admit my mistake. Everyday something new, right?!
I don't know how to explain this one, but I give it a go; When the ad for the AI coming showed up, I had absolutely no problems with my internet connection, nor with other games. The only problem was, that the triangle button didn't work as it was shown in-game. I have no idea whoever else I have to blame except Ubi? If the button did work for some of the players, it doesn't mean that Ubisoft is not the culprit, right? There have been *numerous* times, when Breakpoint have been working in some locations in the world, but in some other places not. I did try pressing the triangle for two days (with absolutely no other errors in my ps4, in other games, or in my internet connection), so therefore I am pretty sure the fault is in Ubisoft's end. But once again; it is possible I am once again wrong...
Then to the AI question: I was devastated when I finally got this game and there was no AI helpers with me. I've been playing GR since the first one, and the main feature in all games in the franchise is the good help from the teammates. My point was, that Breakpoint being as terrible as it is with all the bugs, glitches, bad physics... etc. etc. I have absolutely no high hopes that the forthcoming update will be any better. In fact, I am so sure of its failure, that I challenge all the personnel at the Ubisoft to prove me wrong! If I am mistaken, I take my words back and admit they know their stuff. However, if I am correct, they will give me my money back and admit the game is a failure. And for this, I bet there are no one at Ubi who will accept my challenge...
I know the game raises emotions as will my post. Me and my friend have the same game, except I pre-ordered the 130€ version, and he bought the normal version three months later for 30€. He has already got more (unlockable) equipment from dead enemies that I've got, and I've been playing somewhat 300h more than he has. I don't know about everyone else, but this seems pretty unfair from my side...
Anyway, I wish happy moments for everyone with the game and all the best for Ubi.

They are very similar, but not the same. This AI will be better than the AI we got in Wildlands since they will mimic what we do and we can customize their loadout. They should have given us NPC level teammates like in Far Cry 5, but they decided to keep it more like Wildlands. I will definitely make the most of the AI team, but I only hope that Ubisoft didn't make the AI NVG error again. If I lower my nods, my team should do the same thing. If they didn't fix that, I will be pretty disappointed, especially when they can mimic our actions (movement and taking off weapon suppressors).Originally Posted by friday_mortimer Go to original post
