Ubisoft's refund policy system is the worst of all time...

Hey. My story is that i bought Ghost Recon WIldlands on Uplay, and then i was experiencing neverending stutters. I alekd to an agent for like an hour, and he didnt help at all. I requested a refund, and apparently, i cant get a refund on a game that i already launched... What is this policy!? Why would you even refund a game that is not launched?! How would you know the reason if you dont launch the game?! You know, i was playing R6S a lot, for like 2 years now, but they ruined my day. I lost my money. Adivce : Never buy a game at Ubisoft that you are not sure if you will like it or not...

Same here, bought Watchdogs legion didn't like the game busy tweaking settings played half an hour. Being used to Steam's refund policy where they use the 1.5 hour playtime for the possibility to ask a refund. Seems Ubisoft uses the short term policy to say once you launched the game we don't refund. Well Ubi this was the last game i bought with this unfriendly behavor!!!

Ubisoft's refund policy system is the worst of all time?

Join the Party, these Terms of Agreements & Privacy Policies are not to be trusted...

They are bad for the Users who Accept them, & if we Decline we loose everything,
yet if we Accept them it is like we no longer have any control over the Terms anymore.

You know that because of these Terms? If you do anything bad twards yourself,
that because you Accepted these Terms, your allowing Ubisoft to go & take money from you,
just simply because you did something against yourself?

Ya, that is pretty bad, ~_~

They also use your image in Advertising, & don't pay you for the Advertising, ~_~

These are worst then STEAM & Valve's Terms & Policies, but at the same time,
STEAM & Valve are doing the same thing to their Customers, just not as terrible as Ubisoft is.

It's basically considered to be Criminal Behavior.

If you want something done, I was told by a Tech Support a while back that we
should be calling the head office about these Concerns we have. Problem is, I don't know the Number,
because I lost it, & the New Support, or whatever is non-satisfactory to providing the Number I was asking for.
