    JDN site not working

So I went to go play Just Dance Now, bought a subscription. Brought the site up on my lg smart tv...The site doesn't work. I get a ssl issue which is from incorrect time and date. But the time and date is correct.
Once on the site, It gets stuck in a loop of refreshing itself nonstop.

Hello guest-3nbo4Ue2 and mijucama - thank you for reaching out to us about this issue.

Can you tell me any troubleshooting you have performed so far to try and address this issue, including connectivity or technical steps? If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend restarting your devices fully (including your Smart TVs) and reconnecting them to your chosen network after disconnecting them.

Do you have any images / video clips you could share, demonstrating where the error message appears?

    Thanks for the video, mijucama

I tested this on my own LG TV (model number: OLED55B8SLC) and found that the same happened for me, so I've forwarded the details you've provided to the Just Dance Now team for them to advise me as to the nature of this issue, and whether the webOS browser itself is supported. The browser isn't listed on the website as a supported method of playing on a smart TV, so it may be that it is not in fact supported. I'll reply back when I have more information.

The weird thing is that a few months ago if it was compatible and it loaded everything fine, maybe with an update and maybe they added a new certificate that is no longer compatible with the webOS browser and that is why it no longer loads the page. Hope this can be fixed for LG TVs (This is what I suppose and what I have seen in various forums)

Hey mijucama, thanks for your patience. The game team got back to me, and advised that only the mentioned browsers in the Just Dance Now FAQs have guaranteed compatibility. For your reference, you can use the following as your "main screen":

    - Mac: macOS 10.14 or higher
    - Apple TV 4th Generation or better
    - TV with Google Chromecast (Miracast on TV is not supported)
    - Android TV : Puffin Browser is recommended to play on Android TV
    - Web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 10, Apple Safari
While the default LG TV browser may have worked previously, it unfortunately looks like it may now no longer do so as you say. As it was not supported to begin with, I'm afraid my only recommendation can be to use a compatible device / browser. You may be able to look into whether the Puffin Browser is available to install from the content store.
