    I submitted a ticket and got the canned response it has been sent for investigation

    Ubisoft Support Ticket: 14747055

    How long does it take to investigate? I attached screenshots showing completed and showing guys who received the flawless commendation for completing. Not sure what there is to investigate? Just unlock the banner.

    Still a problem?

    Is this issue still a problem? We have done this 3 times. Latest was tonight and it still has not given us the banner nor trophy!

    Yep - they keep closing my case saying it is being investigated and there is nothing else they can do. In my line of work, you can't close a ticket until the issue is corrected. Funny how the DH banner didn't have a problem working, but IH is apparently some issue that can't be fixed. I included 3 different screen shots on my ticket showing the completion, so all the investigation is look at the pics and unlock the banner.
