Hello, today I would like to talk about the first impression of the game Hyper Scape.
I apologize in advance for my English.
Let's start with the good.
The game has a good balance. If you take the totality of all the objects, then they are quite balanced, if you combine weapons and hacks, something will be stronger, something weaker, but overall everything is fine. (Not counting some weapons). As a former player in Quick and Overwatch, the dynamics of the game are very pleased.
From the bad.
It seemed to me that the weapon (Flurry) is knocked out against the background of other weapons. It’s easier to say that this weapon is quite powerful. And I want to say that it would be worth making it weaker.
At the same time, weapons (OSAP) are rather weak and require a bit of population.
I want to say that they often hit me in the head from the other end of the map (Meters from 200-250) with a sniper and it made me angry. But this is nitpicking.
I can’t say anything else. Everything is perfectly done.
I also found a number of bugs.
1 - With a weapon (Protocol) in a sniper scope constantly throws and enters again.
2 - When you crash into enemies you can get stuck in them for a couple of seconds.
3 - When you were killed and you appear in dead form if you quickly press the button to raise the weapon, you can pick it up. You can’t shoot. And they will not be able to revive you either.
And I would also like to remove the change of weapons on the mouse wheel in the settings.
I want to say that my opinion about the balance is subjective to me and it may not coincide with yours.
I would like to hear your opinion about the game and the balance, as well as talk about bugs that you found.
Thank you for sharing GloVAT! We are still gathering feedback from the community on the state of balance with weapons, especially after our recent patch.
1) I have seen a similar report of the Protocol unscoping occasionally. I'll report that on up to the team!
2) I'll keep an eye out for more collision-related stuff.
3) That issue has been reported!
The option of binding things to the mouse wheel has been brought up before. Would you also like to use mousewheel for Jump or another action?
Yes, I would like to use the mouse wheel for jumping.
Also on the last day I noticed such an option for the development of the game. When the crown appears, you can pick it up and quickly run away from the zone. It does very little damage, so with the help of a heal or shield, you can survive and defeat. Few players will immediately realize that you need to run after you.
I hope that this was not so conceived, so I wanted to offer a solution to the problem:
1 - Increase damage per area when you are with the crown.
2 - Make the damage increase as it is outside the zone.
3 - freeze the time when you are outside the zone.
