    Predictions?

I'm going to take the Habs in 7 (since they apparently can't play fewer games than that). I'll admit I don't have much of reason for that choice, just a gut feeling.

I'll also say the Sharks win in 6. I just don't see Niemi holding up for another couple of weeks. Chicago's defense is thinner than usual with Campbell and Johnsson being out. Not much after Keith and Seabrook. (I'll wager that Byfuglien will be put back on the blue line at for least one game)

Either way, I think the West will be favored in the SCF.

    Edited the thread title...

I prefer the Habs and the 'Hawks.

Habs in 6, 'Hawks in 6

'Hawks for the win. Go young guns!

Well, I know who it WON'T be. Can you say collapse? With the series come from behind win by the Flyers, I wonder if momentum will carry them or if they spent all their good fortune against the Bruins?

I'm going for the Habs and the Hawks. Hawks win in 7.

these Habs don't win in the Playoffs til they play at home...

looking forward to that first game in Montreal

burning things in reaction to the outcome of sporting events is a sad US tradition that has unfortunately migrated north of the border and infected Canada - damn viruses

Actually, it wasn't the fans that did that around there, just opportunistic lowlifes.

Tonight's the night for GAME 1 of the SCF.
    8PM Eastern, 7PM Central

I gotta say that the way both teams have been playing, there's no way to tell who's going to win the series.

In any case, I think us hockey fans are going to see some incredible games!

On a side note, I wonder if Obama is going to show up for game 1 or 2? He is in Chicago right now after all...
