    FIX YOUR Micro-transactions Are Not Working Anymore !!!

    I'm On Xbox, When you Buy Acorns Any Of The Packs You don't get Any Acorns but you take the money, I already Filed A Complaint On Xbox Box Live And A Refund, To Avoided Any Law Action To RedLynx Regrading This Problem, please FIX It we can't buy any track packs or items from you until it's fixed !!! As a Hardcore Fan & Most Devs Know me Here This is can be Serious, because Our Hard Earned money Goes Through, But if get nothing in Return, That's sound like fraud, But I know It's not it's A Broken Area to be Fixed !!! I'm glad the game's almost fully fixed Sane Out

    As much as I don’t want to admit it, I tried purchasing the 100 acorns for $13.99 (twice) on Xbox One and the transactions acted as if they went through but no acorns showed up.

    The reason I attempted a second transaction is because I thought there was some type of error that maybe had occurred during the initial transaction as to why the acorns didn’t show up, therefore I tried once more and still received nothing.

    This happened about 2-3 weeks ago. I was bored and looking to fill that void with some track packs. Unfortunately I didn’t get the acorns or the track packs, probably lost out on roughly $28, and that was that.

    I wasn’t going to say anything. I didn’t contact Microsoft or UbiSoft nor did I reach out to anybody at RedLynx because I don’t think anybody cares. I was just gonna sit here and quietly take the L and personally I’m still fine with that.

    The only reason I’m saying anything at all is to support your claim that transactions appear to be going through but acorns aren’t showing up, unless there’s a special way in which you have to redeem the acorns after purchase? I’m not sure.

    So.. anyway, I’m out. I hope they’re able to resolve your issue.

    I'm sure they will do what they can to make this right with you guys, but this does really sound like a serious problem. Game play is one thing but this is not the place for a glitch in the system.
    It's always been my opinion that all bugs should be top priority. Just like at a picnic, bugs chase people away. No point adding content to a game if the bugs chase away your players.

    The issue only seems to be with Xbox 1 it seems. I have not bought any acorns so far but I play on PC. Will have to check if the issue is for any PC users.
